At Edit-One, we create beautifully made pieces designed to be loved for years to come. Some of our garments are available from stock, while others are individually made to order.

Please read the below carefully before placing your order.

We hope you love your Edit-One purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ready-to-wear item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition
• All tags must remain attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Selected Edit-One pieces are made to order specifically for you. This includes non standard lengths and non-standard sizes, (sizes 4, 6, 16, 18, 20). 

Due to the bespoke nature of these garments, made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@edit-one.com

Please include:

• Your order number
• Details of the issue
• Photographs where applicable

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution which may include:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible ready-to-wear items subject to availability.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on made-to-order pieces unless the item is faulty.

Please refer carefully to our sizing guide before ordering. If you require assistance, we are always happy to help advise on sizing before purchase.
