Returns/Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please follow our Returns Procedure. You must notify us at hello@edit-one.com to inform us that you intend to return the goods. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition, 30 days after receipt. Edit-One will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn or used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer. For custom made dresses we do not offer a refund unless the item is faulty.

If you wish a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s Paypal account for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges. Please send all returns to:

Please note that for a limited time only Edit-One will pay postage costs incurred when returning items. Edit-One will send the customer a returns label to send the item(s) back. Edit-One will only reimburse postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods. Once the item has been approved for returning, we will credit the original purchaser’s PayPal account for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges.
